Values

Values dictate the way we conduct our lives and, ultimately, our business. Therefore, our actions, priorities, and outcomes directly stem from our values and become crucial to Wilder Side of Sports as they trickle down to every aspect of our business dealing

Business Outcome,

NOT POTENTIAL

One can have all the potential in the business world, but if they don’t produce, what does it matter? WSS values work ethic, hustle, execution, and ultimately, huge outcomes. We want to bring the heat every single day!

Massive Thinking

WSS thinks MASSIVELY! We believe in stepping three years into the future and designing a huge brand that grows the sports card and memorabilia hobby. We challenge the team to take what makes sense and multiply it by 10x. Our business, clients, partners, and families deserve MASSIVE THINKING.

Extreme Ownership

Have you read Jocko Willink’s book entitled, Extreme Ownership? It’s essentially the practice of taking ownership and responsibility over every aspect of our business. At WSS, we have adopted Willink’s “Extreme Ownership” principle in life business, and life principle, and it has been a game changer!

Massive Action Takers

Massive thinking doesn’t mean anything unless we take action that exceeds the massive thinking. At WSS, we believe in work ethic. We believe in following through. We believe in production!

Business First

This may come as to surprise because we’ve become accustomed to hearing that the “customer” or the “team” are the most important. However, while those are important to WSS, if the business is in a poor position, how can we take care of the team and the customers? We value a strong, financially sound business, knowing that allows us to care for our customers and team at a high level. Contrarily, a weak business, hurts our team and customers.

Integrity above all else

At the end of the day, nothing matters unless we move with and in integrity. We value this above all else as we honor our words, products, services, team, clients, and partners.
